In order to continue offering our services to Divers and Airgun users, JC Scuba Swindon have set up a system that complies with current Government and NHS advice regarding the control and prevention of Covid-19 viral infections.

Our Actions We have established safe distancing by way of access control and limiting numbers within the shop area. Until further notice: 

All customer visits are ‘by appointment only’ within the published opening hours. (To arrange an appointment please email: info@jcscuba.net).
 
No more than TWO customers will be allowed within the premises at any one time. Customers are asked to arrive promptly at the appointment time.
 
On arrival, the customer must wait at the main entrance until invited in. Hand sanitiser is available for use prior to entering the dive shop.
 
Those requiring Gas Fills are required to surrender their Cylinders at the main entrance, then await instructions regarding waiting/payment/access to card machines and facemasks will be worn during any fills.
 
Those requiring kit servicing are required to await an invitation to enter the shop area, to log in the equipment. (It is advantageous to have serial numbers listed prior to arrival.)
 
Customers seeking to purchase items will be advised on entry, any item(s) handled by customers but not purchased (e.g trying on masks) will be isolated for deep cleaning prior to further display.

NOTES:
Customers must have an appointment to ensure prompt service. Any casual arrivals will be asked to wait until a vacant appointment time becomes available.
We provide hand sanitisers and have surface cleaning agents, for cleaning, as required, between customer visits. We maintain deep cleaning facilities in the workshop. (The compressor (fills) area and workshop is out of bounds to customers.)

The dive shop, compressor (fills) area and workshop are cleaned every evening after closing.
